Our Process
Once you contact us, we will be in touch to schedule a consultation call. During this time, we will review your company/department goals, your ideal candidate, and any hiring challenges that you are currently facing. We will then propose a recruitment strategy to move forward with finding your ideal match.
During this time, our team will move forward with the recruitment strategy and perform outreach to candidates that meet the desired profile. As the search moves forward, our team will have weekly update meetings with you so that you're always aware of the state of your search. Typically, you will have fully vetted candidates to begin reviewing in about 1-2 weeks.
During this phase we will begin scheduling interviews with the candidates that you have reviewed and decided to move to the next step of the interview process. While interviews are taking place, know that we are helping you to create a positive candidate experience for all interviewees.
Penrose Health & Scientific Group will assist with presenting the offer to the candidate and handling negotiations. We will be there every step of the way to help onboard and prepare your new hire for day one on the job!
