Role overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team on a 1099 basis. The successful candidate will have healthcare recruitment experience across a variety of corporate and clinical roles and a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for open positions
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and extend offers to qualified candidates

Knowledge, skills, and experience

  • 7+ years of recruitment experience with 3+ years in healthcare
  • Clinical and corporate recruitment experience
  • Strong sourcing and networking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation

  • Competitive commission-based compensation structure
